Could i possibly be pregnant?

I am 28 yrs old with 4 children. I had my tubes cut and burn't almost four yrs ago when my youngest was 6 weeks old. After she was born my period was like clock work. Always arrived around the 10th. My period has been as irregular as you can get for the last 6 months or so. I have been cramping on and off for the last 2 weeks but haven't started my period. When i'm relaxed lying in bed at night i sometimes feel a fluttering in my abdomen. One day it felt like a kick from a foot. I do not have good insurance so i haven't went to the doctor. If you have any advice please feel free to comment.

Hello Anonymous,
If the tubal ligation surgery was done correctly, it is a type of permanent birth control.
I suggest that you take a home pregnancy test. The test is relatively inexpensive. Read and follow the directions carefully to get the most accurate results.
