Could it have been implantation bleeding?

My cycle, since I miscarried in June, has been exactly 25 days,,,except last month. It came three days late making it a regular 28 day cycle, I am trying to conceive so...at the time was hoping that it meant I was pregnant. Anyways, I had unprotected sex twice on day 9 of my cycle, I woke up on day 19 of my cycle, and when i wiped I had just a very tiny bit (maybe a few drops) of red blood when I wiped. I checked myself to see if I had maybe gotten a scratch or cut down there that it may have come from but I did not find any. I wiped clear the rest of the day. Could this have been implantation bleeding? I am not sure if it could really be that light but I have never had any kind of spotting before a period in my life and my period shouldn't be due for maybe another week. Oh and I also had some weird cramping the day before that almost made me think that my period were about to start!

Guide

Implantation bleeding occurs 10 to 14 days after conception. Generally, it lasts for a short time and is usually much lighter and occurs earlier than a menstrual period.

The best thing to do is take a pregnancy test. hCG levels can first be detected by a blood test about 11 days after conception and about 12 to 14 days after conception by a urine test.

Best wishes,

Maryann
