do i have a concussion?

fell on ice this morning hit my face (cheeckbone right side) really bad but no cuts just purple eye green red face and swollen. 4 hours later my neck hurts lef side only my head at the bottom left side hurts, my back hurst left side again.
I don't think I feel dizzy but when walking I feel I little like in a cloud. and since it happens I am shaking not stop.

am I ok?
