Every time I take my tampon out its only spotted or lightly filled on the left side. What can this mean?

To answer your question, I need more information.
Are you noticing this spotting from the first day to the last day of your period? How often do you change your tampon? Is the tampon never saturated?

I have no idea why the tampon is absorbing blood only on one side.
Have you ever had a pelvic exam? Have you been told that there is any deviation on the shape of your uterus?
