Exremely low HCG levels, Dr. says inevitable misscarriage?

I sadly, pretty much know the answers here.. but something just feels odd. OK, I had my last period Dec 18. Jan 15 I had really light pink spotting, I thought I was having a LIGHT period.. it lasted for about 3 days. (It was never red, just pink, and not enough to touch my panties) Well shortly after that on Jan 25 I started to spot the exact same way, very little and pink. On the 27 for some reason I decide to take a pregnancy test, it came back positive. I am RH- so I went ahead and went up to the ER to get a rogham shot. They gave it to me and said that the pregnancy was a threatend misscarriage, just like all 3 of my others by the way. ( I have had 3 threatened misscarriages turn into beautiful baby girls ) They told me that my HCG count was low, it was 32. I was shocked, that was really low for being about 6 weeks pregnant, but they told me to come back in two days. When I went back they did a recheck and my numbers had gone up to 74, which wasnt double but still goin up. They again told me to come back, this doc said the next day?? I did, they were 80.4 that day, he told me to come back in 3 days (oh by the way the bleeding has stopped completely ) So I went back 3 days later which was yesterday and that doctor said that my numbers had dropped to 55 and that I was having a miscarriage. He did an ultrasound to make sure that it wasnt ectopic, it isnt. He said that I hace a cyst on my rikght ovary which is normal for pregnancy and it should go away on its own. But this is day two since all of that and my breasts are more tender still than they were before, I still feel very pregnant, and I am still not bleeding! I would love to think that all my pregnancies were crazy like this.. but my numbers never examined like this, so no one knew the difference. I dont know, I dont understand how I still feel so pregnant and am not bleeding at all. I am wondering if anyone thinks that I have any hope? I know it sounds rediculous, I just need some feedback. By the way, my ob apt is next week. I havent been able to see one yet, the only doctors I have seen have been these 4 ER doctors.

Though your hCG levels are low, I would not lose hope until you are seen by an obstetrician.
