I have just started travelling Asia and realised that the usual time for me to take the pill at 7.15pm is now going to be +8 hours at 3.15am. Is there any way I can take it earlier approx 10/11pm without running the risk of pregnancy?

Hi Pinkie,

You can change your time to right before you go to bed. This should be fine... if you want to ease your way into it, you can decrease an hour daily until you get to 10pm.

Best,

Rosa
