hair fall, hair damage, hair loos... these three fall is have my daughter, how can solve the problems

my daughter age is 14... 5 years back she has long and think hair... but now she has hair fall, and hair damages also... she have 10 years old... nothing hair problems... she age attended after started hair fall problems... other thing... she us using dove shampoo, and sun silk shampoo, and i don't know name correct, 2 more shampoos... one more think she us using oil is para shoot, and herbal oil.... this is details of her.. now what want to we do... for hair fall, hair damages... and lots hair that mean lot of hair... please Doctor tall about this problem solution...
