Hi Sossy11 - Thanks for your comments, and your concern about your health. Having high blood pressure can lead to developing additional medical conditions and can be life-threatening. We have a lot of information on the site that will help you, it's in our reference section: https://www.empowher.com/condition/high-blood-pressure/definition

You mentioned that you are having a lot of work stress resulting in depression and anxiety. Most employers offer confidential programs that provide employee assistance in dealing with work stress and/or provide a benefits program that includes behavioral health services where you can see a trained counselor, psychologist or psychiatrist. Have you explored whether you are able to get some assistance? Do you want assistance with the depression and anxiety? If so you may find our depression reference section helpful: https://www.empowher.com/condition/depression/definition
