Cyst on right side had many years dr.said not to worry. my concerns are the cyst growingCould this be my diet ! I eat no meat , eat fruit vegs gains my weigh has been same most my life! I do herbs teas. my health insurance that I have ndoesn't cover prevention healthI i'm scared this could turn into something else

Welcome to EmpowHER. A fatty cyst in the lower back could simply be the result of your diet. Some cyst are benign and can be treated with the proper diagnosis. If the cyst are small you can simply apply a warm application to the area. You should never try to form the head on a cyst as it contains waste. To move the cyst you would need to apply a warm cloth to the area, this will help to dry up the cyst, but again your have to remember there are different types of cyst that may require surgical removal.
