You didn't not have intercourse and there was no ejaculate of any kind. You also had you period after, therefore there is zero risk of pregnant.

Pre-ejaculate itself does not contain any sperm. Sperm may be inside the urethra if a man ejaculated recently and did not urinate since. If he urinated since he last ejaculated, there is no sperm at all. Pregnancy is very uncommon from pre-ejaculate and the urethra would have to contain sperm at the same time.
A woman would also have to be ovulating and engage in unprotected intercourse with ejaculation.
Try not to add various possible scenarios to what happened as you were clear that there was no ejaculate from what you first said.

Your period may be late due to stress. If you can't take a test, there is nothing you can do but wait. You're not pregnant from what you have done so you need to stay calm - your period will be along at some stage.

June 10, 2019 - 7:00amFrom what you have said, there is no risk of pregnancy. You can take a pregnancy test to ease you mind. Stress is often a factor. We cannot tell you exactly why this delay is occuring.
