Hi , im positive in pregnancy test because i missed my period for 3weeks ago . But before i missed my period before i expected daye is 30 but before that date 1week before that i feel vomit and nausea. Until continues until now.
But the problem is. Before i get pregnant this month the last 3 months i have a abdominal pain like sharp or electric pain like both sided and middle of my abdomen specially have 3 days brown spotting but i ignored them and my mens are become irregular i think theres something . I dont know if its ovarian cyst that can cause false positive result or im really pregnant i feel some symptoms of being pregnant feelig vomit nausea no period... but i know ovarian cyst have signs like a pregnant pls help me

You need to see your gynecologist, especially if you have had a positive pregnancy result and also, to address your concerns about an ovarian cyst. Your doctor will likely take another pregnancy test for confirmation as well.
