Hi, I already have irregular periods. How to escape this problem?
now i'm married . after marriage i won't get periods . and then i already take pregnent test that result is negative .What i Do?
And another one important before marriage i get peroids twice per month. but now more than 45 days. i take pragnancy test 35 th day. pls help me.

It's important that you listen to your body and pay attention to any changes that may have happened recently. Are you eating enough? Has your diet changed? Are you exercising more? Are you stressed?
Are you trying to get pregnant? If not, it's best to use contraception to avoid unnecessary stress.
Birth control can also be used to regulate your menstrual cycle.
