Hi. I'm turning 50yrs on 28 May 2018. I'm suffering from muscle pains on the shoulder and elbows. I also suffer pains under my feets when I wake up in the morning and when Standing after sitting.

Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

These pains could be from getting older but you're certainly not old enough to have these aches simply through age itself. You may not be getting enough exercise or you could be showing symptoms of having an auto-immune condition like rheumatoid arthritis. In cases like RA, pain is often worse in the morning.
You will need to see a doctor for an exam, as well as possible tests to see what's going on.
Best,
Susan
