Hi took postinor last month on 18th and it worked bt tried to get pregnant this month bt failed to concieve ,do you think postinor cld be da cause of it

The hormones in the pill can potentially effect your next menstrual cycle. If you also missed having intercourse during your menstrual cycle it is possible that was the cause and not the pill. I suggest you try using a ovulation tracker while trying to conceive. It will help you know which days are your most fertile.
