Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

Apple cider vinegar is helpful in lowering blood pressure. The usual amount per day is about two tablespoons and no more than six tablespoons per day. Many people dilute it and mix with lemon. Don't use apple cider vinegar as the sole way to lower blood pressure. If it does not help sufficiently, you may need more help with diet or even medication. Your doctor can help you with that.
Best,
Susan
