Hi Anonymous,
I'm sorry to hear you have high lab results but we are not doctors and can neither diagnose you or suggest medications. What did your doctor tell you when you received your lab results? Did you get diagnosed? Any talk about a medication or exercise regime for those cholesterol levels?
Please use time spent with your doctor to get as much information and education on your health. The doctor that already knows your health history is the best person to ask these questions to. Think about it, it's no use knowing you have high LDL levels if you have no way to treat it. At the very least, I think you should give your doctor a call to either discuss possible lifestyle changes or beginning a medication regime.
Keep us posted,
Rosa
