From the symptoms, you're describing it's hard to tell what you may be dealing with. It could well be some sort of infection among other things.

Spots on the butt area are quite common and usually caused by a skin condition known as folliculitis. It occurs due to irritation, infection, or blockage of the hair follicles, and looks like a red, bumpy rash on the skin. It may or may not have a warm sensation.

A warm or burning sensation can sometimes be an indicator of diabetes, or muscle problems or even nerve issues in the back that can radiate to the butt area. If you continue to have this sensation, I'd suggest seeing your healthcare provider for an exam. Keep us updated.
