Many women do not "feel" a baby until they have missed their period, as it takes 10-14 days after ovulation for the fertilized egg to implant (and it is at this time that women may start having symptoms of pregnancy).

You would know if you are pregnant when:
- Your expected period is late
- You take a home pregnancy test and it shows positive for pregnancy
- You have a pregnancy test taken at a doctor's office

Besides this, any symptoms women have are too closely related to pre-menstrual symptoms (back ache, breast tenderness, mood change, bloating, headache, etc).

Anytime you have unprotected sex, you do have a chance of pregnancy. When are you expecting your next period?
