I'm 43, and my uric acid is way way high above the normal level.
It's not gout but due to my thyroid disease. I am hypothyroidism.
What are the foods that I should eat and NOT EAT???? Thanks :>)

Hi Anonymous,
Vitamin C and weight loss are both good and natural ways to lower your uric acid level. You may be able to help avoid gout this way since you have not developed it.
Drink plenty of fluids to help flush uric acid from your body. Also avoid high-protein diets, which can cause you to produce too much uric acid (hyperuricemia).
