How effective are contraceptive pills?

I've been on the yaz contraceptive pill for about 4 months now. I had unprotected sex with my boyfriend on the 3rd of November. I have had a period since then and took a pregnancy test on the 27th- it was negative. I am on the last day of the white placebo pills. What are the chances that I could be pregnant?

Hello Anon

There is no chance you are pregnant. BC pills are more than 99% accurate when taken correctly and your period and negative test confirm this.
