I would assume that taking only one pill would decrease the effectiveness by close to 50%. We cannot predict if it will work or not.
Speak with your pharmacist or physician. If you do not have vaginal bleeding within three weeks of taking the pill, take a pregnancy test.

I took postinor 2 after unprotected sex but I pucked in 1 hour after taking the pill and I took second pill after 12 hours again. But I am not sure, did it work? I could not be sure and I took one more pill after 72 hours from sex to be sure.

I took a postinor pill a few hours after unprotected sex, and I forgot to take the second one, but I have been bleeding for a week now. It's light bleeding with no cramps but I am still worried, should that be happening?

The pill will have some effectiveness if you only take half - since you're bleeding (a common side effect) pregnancy is highly unlikely.
