I do not know what an OSS client is. This is a financial question regarding care costs in care homes and we do not carry that kind of information. Care homes have their own price lists for individualized clients. There may or may not be a maximum that can be charged but many homes are for-profit and can charge as they see fit. Medicare and Medicaid patients may be charged a standard rate.
