Hi Anon,

Achieving an orgasm rather quickly is quite a laborious task.. For many people, becoming orgasmic takes practice--if you want to learn how to orgasm quickly, you'll have to practice. Masturbation helps people figure out what feels good and what helps them build tension toward orgasm.

Levels of concentration for orgasm vary for everyone. Some find it helpful to "be in the moment" and focus on sensation, feelings, and intensity, rather than worry about the anticipated end result. You many want to try to relax and enjoy the experience instead of concentrating too hard on reaching orgasm. Reducing pressure you put on yourself, taking the time, loving yourself, and creating an atmosphere that turns you on can elevate the experience. Also, your thought patterns can influence your concentration. If you think "I'll never do this," or "I have to concentrate really hard to orgasm fast," this can work against you.

If you find that if continues to get harder as your go, don't give up on yourself-- keep stimulating yourself to achieve orgasm. Use your hands, fingers, lubricant, toys, fantasies, erotic videos, etc. Kegel exercises can also increase sexual feeling and orgasmic intensity. Also, touching other body parts at the same time can add so much more to pleasure — some enjoy stimulating their nipples, anus, neck, arms, and/or back at the same time.

Increasing libido, can be a challenge-- but the good news is that it can be due to things like your birth control pill-- which can be change if this is the case. Stress, depression, past sexual trauma, and relationship issues are other factors that can interfere with desire, orgasm, and enjoyment. If you feel like all of a sudden your desire to have sex decreased and have access to your doctor, try to schedule an appointment. Other things such as medications and hormones also affect libido. If you believe in aphrodisiacs, Ginseng is sometimes used to increase libido-- but beware, if you are on any medications-- taking any herbal supplements should be consulted with your doctor first due to possible drug interactions.

Wishing you the best!
