i always feel like iam like in a boat like in water like iam going to fall and somehow dizzy i been dealing with this almost 2 years and doctors still can figure out what it is???

its like a swaying sensation like if iam in a boat even thoug i never been in one i feel with vertigo even when iam sitting down when i go to a store and iam walking on a aisle i feel like the aisle is too long and i feel somehow confused especially with the bright lights i have been cheked from my ears like 1000 times a doctor told me is migraines i been told is from my liver i really dont know what to think no more i can work becuse i feel like iam going to fall sometimes is so annoying that i can not enjoy life the way i used to.

Hi Anon,

Sorry to hear about your vertigo. Whenever someone has vertigo that isn't caused by damage to the inner ear, it can definitely be related to headaches or migraines or certain medications and substances.

Some Medications and Other Substances
Examples include:

Aspirin
Streptomycin
Gentamicin
Caffeine
Alcohol
Anticonvulsants
Antihypertensives
Tranquilizers

If you drink or take in a lot of caffeine daily, you may want to try to cut back some to see if the dizziness gets any better.
