i am 31 what does it mean it is normal slightly thickened and intact endometruim (10.1 mm) ?

my trans vaginal ultra sound result
normal size antverted uterus with no myometrials abmormalities noted
slightly thickened and intact endometruim (10.1mm)
normal right ovary
left ovary is normal size with multiple subcapsullar follicles less than 12 in number suggestive polycystic like
