Was your last period May 8th or August 5th? If it was May 8th, you should take a pregnancy test ASAP or go see a doctor ASAP. If it was August 5th, please allow another week before you test for pregnancy. Even though you may be regular, your cycle may change according to certain circumstances in your life such as stress, weight gain or loss, etc.
If your period has not come after a week, then I would take a pregnancy test.
