I had a chest CT 3 months ago finding were 4.7 subpleural nodule in anterolateral right upper lobe.

7mm nodular density adjacent to bronchus in right upper lobe. continued surveillance in 3 months. so CT again last week findings similar apperance of 6.2 mm pulmonary nodule adjacent to bronchus in the proximal portions of the right upper lobe. Similar apperance of a 4.3 mm pleural-based pulmonary nodule anterior right upper lobe. Similar apperance of a 3.2 mm pulmonary nodule adjacent to the lower portion of the left minor fissure. Continued sureillance via CT of the thorax in 6 months I live in a small town and this is at a local hospital. Should I be looking for a lung doctor I am 55 years old. Is this serious? thank you Patty R.

Welcome to EmpowHER.  I feel this is something that should be seen by a Specialist like a Pulmonologist.
