i had no intercourse, yet im not sure if im pregnant

Chances are you're not pregnant. Most of the time, sex involves a penis inside a vagina and either pre-ejaculation or ejaculation. Sometimes if a man ejaculates very close to your vagina, you may get pregnant because some sperm are likely to get in, and one may find it's way through your canal and fertilize your egg-- and this is still VERY rare. Based on what you described, It doesn't seem likely that you could get pregnant. No penetration + no sperm= no baby.
I, personally, would not lose any sleep over this.
