i have an arachnoid cyst that is growing and they change the name of cyst after every mri?

why are they insisting this cyst is asymptomatic when i have constant seizure causing, memory problems, behavioral changes, dizziness, migraines and speech problems. if the doctors say it is not cancerous then why do i need to see a neuro oncologist? i am sick and i need help?
