Dear Anonymous,
There are many supplements that claim to suppress your appetite out in the market right now. The problem is that most of them have dangerous side effects and the only one that is FDA approved, does not suppress your appetite.
If you are looking for something that is prescribed to assist you in losing weight, you can go to your doctor and have him/her prescribe something for you. Please keep in mind that eating 5-6 small meals a day will keep you satisfied and will avoid the binge eating that occurs from not having had breakfast or a snack. This is also a much healthier and long-term alternative than to start taking pills. A 30-minute walk that progresses to jogging and running will also assist you in losing the pounds.
Best,
Rosa
