Hi Anonymous,

The black spots under your breasts could be caused by the friction between your skin and your bra. However, since it's impossible for us to see you or diagnose what you may have, you should definitely see your dermatologist. Like I said, it could be something harmless caused by your bra but it could also be a skin condition that may require medication.
