I have a bulge from my spine affecting my sciatica nerve I’ve been going to a osteopath for treatment the last4months now with no effect I’m on a lot of pain killers and that’s not helping to much either, I’m at a loss to know what to do, can someone help

If you are no better since 4 months, I would suggest seeing an orthopedic doctor who specializes in back conditions. When one form of treatment is not helping, there is nothing wrong with trying another. I hope you feel better soon.
