Hello Anon,
Thank you for sharing your question with the EmpowHER community! Sorry to hear you are dealing with a constant burning sensation on the bottom of your foot, especially if it is hurting all the time.
How long ago did this burning sensation start? Also can you remember anything that may have caused this burning?
According to WebMD, burning sensation on your foot bottom can be caused by neuropathy, which is nerve damage in your legs. It can also be caused by several conditions, including diabetes, vitamin deficiency, edema or fluid retention, hypertension, chronic kidney disease, alcohol abuse, lyme disease and more.
I highly recommend visiting your doctor. They will be able to give you a thorough examination to determine what really is going on with the burning on the bottom of your foot. They will also be able to give treatment that can hopefully help get rid of the burning and decrease it.
Please visit your doctor and keep me updated on the situation and the cause of the burning sensation.
Best,
