Hello Anon

Thank you for writing.

We can't tell anyone what is wrong with them -a website doesn't have that kind of capacity. You will need to be examined and/or tested.

You may have nerve damage or something called a Morton's Neuroma. Morton's neuroma is an inflammation of the nerves in the foot that go to the toes. Although the name includes the word “neuroma,” it is not really a tumor. It can affect any of the toes in the foot. However, it most often affects the nerves that run between the third and fourth or second and third toes.

However, if you also have pain from the knee down, it could be something else. You will need to have an evaluation. I hope you feel better soon.
Best,
Susan
