Thank you for writing.
Your antibiotic (unlike azithromycin, for example) stops working within a day of taking it so it's no longer in your system. See what happens in the next few days and if your lungs aren't clearing up you'll need to see your doctor again.
Gargle with salt water (uncomfortable but very effective) to help with your throat.
