Yes, of course you can get pregnant when you miss pills, and I say it in this way because you have missed four pills within just two weeks. That is quite a lot of missed pills, and if you are also choosing to have unprotected sex, this is the way to get pregnant.
Please know: women miss taking a pill occasionally. That is expected. Missing one pill, then taking it as soon as you remember does not decrease the effectiveness of the pill. Missing two or more pills DOES decrease the effectiveness of the pill. If this happens, then it is an easy choice: use protection (condom) for the next 7 days to have protected sex and keep your chances of pregnancy low.
You may need to find a better form of birth control that will be more effective. There are many options available to women that are great: you only need to remember once/week, once/month or even just once every three months! Let us know if you would like to learn more about these options, and in the meantime, be sure to use condoms!
