Hi ifychris,

Are you asking if brown discharge is your period? The answer is yes, your period is not always just red. Brown discharge is usually left over blood from a previous period and will look brown in color....this is common. If you have additional questions, please feel free to ask.

Your period will come. I can't tell you when it will come. Do not take an emergency contraceptive pill again until your menstrual cycle returns to normal.

Beside, emergency contraceptive pills, such as Positnor 2 or Next Choice, are not an effective alternative to birth control. Consider using some form of birth control regularly. It will be a more effective way to prevent an unwanted pregnancy and won't upset your menstrual cycle.

Hi Anonymous,

I think by taking Positnor 2 three times within a two month period is the reason why you have not gotten your period. Users of the emergency contraceptive pill are advised not to take Postinor 2 more than twice in a 28 day period.

By taking Positnor 2 more than recommended and advised, you have cause an imbalance in your hormone levels. Please do not take the pill again. Wait for your period to come. Have your sexual partner use a condom when having sex until you get your period and your menstrual cycle returns to normal.
