I wake up feeling like fire answer all over me my heels hurts terribly my joints my arms

My arms hurt so bad that I cannot even throw the sheets off of me like covers I can't hold glasses I think that I'm getting terrible arthritis my hands are aching when I hit them I can't walk on my heels I'm sick all the time throwing up diarrhea
