I wake up in the morning with swollen eyelids. This had been going on since February. The skin surrounding my eyes would flake, itch and burn. The rash traveled to the lines around my mouth and a spot on my neck.

There are many eye conditions that will cause these symptoms so making an appointment with an eye doctor would be my best advise. Age, medications, stress, etc could be many of the reasons although with little information, it is hard to provide you with the best answer. Do yourself a favor and make an appointment with an eye doctor. Since it has been a few months now, this should be consulted with a physician.
