I woke up with a lump on my forehead as well as incredible muscle pain throughout my entire body. I have had seizures in the past so could I have had another one in my sleep?

We can only hazard a guess as to whether you had a seizure or not but a lump on your forehead indicates it's possible. Since you also have a lot of body pain it's a good idea to see your doctor.
