last month on 13 th april i had a protected sex with my boyfriend,he also ejaculated outside,for safety i have taken an emergency pill within 2 hours.it was a headache,vomitting for first few days as i know it was some side-effects of the pill.but throughout the month i suffered from some abdominal pain at lower left,i had my period 2 days after the due date,on 26 april for 3 days.in may,i had the pain for 1 or 2 days,i had my period also on 25th may for 2 days..is there anything to worry about in any concerned respect?

If you had protected sex, and he ejaculated outside of you, it doesn't sound like there was a reason to take the "morning after" pill. As you experienced, that pill comes with many side effects and it's best to avoid it if possible.
If you're having sex and are concerned about pregnancy, it's best to look into different methods of birth control and not put your body (and worried mind) through the extremes of an emergency contraceptive if unnecessary.
To answer your question-- no, there's nothing to be worried about.
