Q:

I'm 3 months late for my period and have no PMS signs at all, on top of it all my tubes have been tied for 6 years now! Could I be pregnant?

Guide

Hi,
I will begin by asking how old you are? It is not uncommon for women who are experiencing perimenopause to have menstrual irregularity, even skipping some periods. Late perimenopause is characterized by two or more missed periods and an interval of 60 days or more between periods. Women start perimenopause at different ages, even as early as in your 30s.
Have you taken a home pregnancy test? Women who get pregnant after a tubal ligation are at risk for an ectopic pregnancy. I suggest that you call and make an appointment with your gynecologist.
