im having burning on my left nipple and what could cause this?

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  The burning sensation can be from an injury to the breast, an infection, dry skin or many other conditions.  If the burning doesn't go away in a few days, you need to see your doctor.  So he can examined you or have imaging test done.
