Citing the Mayo Clinic

systolic of below 120 and a diastolic below 80 is a normal blood pressure

systolic of between 120-139 and a diastolic between 80-89 is prehypertension

systolic of between 140-159 and a diastolic or between 90-99 is Stage 1 hypertension
