I'm really hopingthis doesn't mean I broke my hymen! So my boyfriend was inering me really roughly es done it before an here was absolutely no bleeding but now that he did it roughly there was a pinkish discharge his fingers are small and I didn't feel and pain could this just be from roughness? Not a hymen actually breaking?

Ok I tried doing the self vulva exam and can't seem to really find my hymen or vaginal opening, I dot know what a hymen looks like, is there a step by step procedure to follow?

So would it be safe to assume that my hymen is still intact? And is here a way to check without breaking it myself?

There is no way to know if your hymen is still intact or not, unless you look with a mirror. It is actually recommended that you become familiar with your anatomy, and is a great idea to "check things out" (you can see your hymen with just your eyes; no need to "break" anything!) in the privacy of your own room. Do you know what your hymen looks like?
As I said, some women do not have an intact hymen, and it is due to regular activities during the day. A hymen that is not intact does not indicate anything is wrong, does not mean she had sex, or any other "bad" label.

Your hymen can "break" from many different activities, including sexual-type activities (penetration of the vagina by a finger, penis or other object), but also from daily activities that are not sexual-in-nature (sports, for instance).
If your boyfriend was fingering you a little rough, the pinking fluid you are seeing is most likely small amounts of blood from your vagina, as any type of rough sexual play can create mini tears in the vaginal walls. Not to worry--your vagina heals itself and there is no danger with sexual activity that is "a little rough".
