My fiance is 51yrs 265lbs has had this for roughly 6 years. It is bulging. He has had blood pooling in his L foot for more then a year and now it is starting in his R foot. His hernia never hurts him til just today. His comment was my hernia hurts on the inside. He can barely stand up straight or walk. Is it Strangulated?
