Q:

It is constantly itching...down there...?

I keep myself clean, I don't over use washes (like FemFresh) and on one side (the left), is overgrown labia tissue. Why am I itching constantly? It's really horrible! The labia might have something to do with it but the itching never goes. It happens when I'm trying to work, sleep, sit, walk...feminine creams and medicated creams don't even work anymore. Why have I got this and how can I stop it? Thank you in advance for the answer(s).

Hi Anonymous,

Thank you for your question and welcome to Empowher. Women often get yeast infections that can be extremely uncomfortable and cause itching, soreness, redness and major discomfort. Have you tried Monistat? The Monistat products can be helpful to fix the issue associated with yeast infections but you should always get a check up from your physician to be sure that it is a yeast infection and not some other issue.

I hope this helps. Please keep us posted.
