Is it heart problems?

Hi I'm a 23 year old female. I'm 5"2. I weigh 130. Just found d out I pregnant for the 4th time. Lately on my left breast, towards the middle of my chest but not. Like right on the breast plate , ive been have pains. Especially if you touch it or push on it. It's been going on for awhile now. I'm scared I'm going to drop dead. I don't have a PCP.
