June 15, 2011 - 5:12pmJust how much bleeding are you referring to? I suppose that it is possible to experience some spotting if there was aggressive sex and there was not enough lubrication. Having sex less frequently, especially for perimenopausal women, can lead to a decrease in vaginal lubrication.
