Is it okay for kids to take activia

My 7 year old daughter always have a hard time when she has a bowel movement, I thought about giving her activia. I was just wondering if its okay to give it to her

Hi Anon,

Welcome to EmpowHER.  Eating more fiber-rich fruits and vegetables and drinking more fluids, can help alleviating constipation.  It's important to discuss with her pediatrician, about giving her Activia.  He might suggest other treatments, which might also help with her constipation.
